I told a handful of people that I would start writing again and help out those that are new to homeschooling due to covid. I thought, yeah, I can do that! I've been a homeschooler since the beginning, well, since my first born, does that count? I think so, 20+ years of homeschooling... wow... I'm old... LOL
I have always been a person to help whenever I could, especially when it came to those truly wanting to homeschool their kids, not because they have to because of a pandemic, it's a little different. BUT, I'm hoping that because of covid, many will see what I've been seeing for a long time now, learning can be fun and education doesn't have to be in a classroom. Flexibility is king and family is everything.
I thought I could do it, write again and help others, but time escapes me to do so as my life has evolved from everyday homeschool mom to everyday chasing dreams and goals with my family. I have failed to realize that there are only 24 hours in my day and how the heck did I jam pack every minute of every day and wanting to add more to it? I am insane! I think that's the homeschool in me that always felt we could do everything because we're so flexible! Haha, a true homeschooler will understand! :D
So with that being said, I will check in from time to time to post a "hi" and hope you're doing well. I do have some great resources on my resource page as well as links to freebie printables and of course a TON of encouragement. Remember, homeschool is a lifestyle... Take a deep breath (I did for years!)... You got this! TM :)
